Look, I know this game does have its flaws including the water effects, for example. I was a bit frustrated when I was playing the game as the touch controls do take some time getting use to. But regardless, I still had fun playing The Cave. The music is so-so, IMO, the characters look pretty decent, the presentation is ok, there was some lag as if the game was running at 30fps or less, the characters special abilities are pretty cool, some I find more useful than others. Overall, The Cave isnt a bad game as some people make it out to be but it is also not perfect. It is fairly decent. 3/5 Stars

The controls are atrocious its not hard to give a vertual joystick and buttons it is so hard to drop an item. Any other version I would give 4 out of 5 stars but I can barley control my characters in this version I have it on my wii u its a lot better I dont have any other version but Im sure they are better then this 1. Shame I wanted to enjoy this version but the controls.

Love the graphics. Voice work is excellent. Gameplay is well thought out,but the controls on touch based system is a little buggy. Otherwise a complete game with gorgeous art,thought provoking,& all around fun playing!

I have a iPod generation 4 and when I try to play this app it goes though all the loading screen and then backs out. It....Frustrating . But I have seen some of your game play by Yogscast Zoeya and loved it. Thank you .

This is my favorite game. Full of great puzzles, excellent story, awesome sound(especially the voice acting), and incredible graphics!!! This game is very long! You pick 3 of 7 characters, and play through in-depth stories and puzzles with each character(and parts with all three characters). When the game is finally complete, you can pick 3 new characters and play through a completely NEW game!! The controls definitely are a bit tricky at first, but not too hard to get the hang of. To run left: you tap the LOWER left of the screen. To jump over a ledge: while running left, tap the UPPER left side of the screen. To move a box left: tap the box, when the character is grasping the box, then hold the LOWER left of the screen. (Directions are the same with right side of screen) I would definitely recommend this game as its amazing content and replay value are well worth the money.

Whoever wrote the controls should jump off a cliff, cause thats what the characters do everytime you try to do anything

Im so thrilled this is on mobile. I have been a hardcore gamer all of my life and I can easily say that the cave is in my top 5 all time favorite games. Please try this amazing edge of your seat plot and hilarious perfect game.

The controls are absolutely horrible. I spent over 2 hours getting a character to "drop a sausage on a stake" at one point. Characters constantly over-run and fall, forcing you to reclimb areas constantly. Hard to stop characters from moving. Very frustrating. Beautiful graphics, lots of running down same paths over and over and over.

This is an amazing game with a wonderful story when you play it over and over again my only problem was that you pick three out of seven characters each time and I wish there were more to choose from

This game is reminiscent of some of my favorite old Lucas Arts games (Zak Mackracken and the Alien Mind Benders & Maniac Mansion etc). Just wish it were longer.

On iPad mini 3, theres no sound. Tried it on two different devices - same thing. No way to hear anything, the game acts as if it was on mute. The controls could be better: the demo on WiiU was much easier to play. Other than that, its a brilliant game.

I wanted to like it but after struggling with the controls for two levels, I just deleted this game. The jump by swiping is so unpredictable, poor design for a game where timing matters. Waste of money.
